Comfy, fun and welcoming Positive: This is one of the best places to stay! Negative: Nothing

Don't stay here unless you want to sleep with rodents!! My family traveled to Texas due to the loss of a family member. Typically I would have complained to the host right away. But under the circumstances we were greiving and just dealing with our loss and attending the service. When I returned home I sent the host pictures of the disgusting conditions we were staying in and requested a full refund. She declined our request and told me that she would have moved us to another home on the property. Now why in the world would we want to move to another home as it probably would have the same issues. Regardless don't stay here unless you don't mind sleeping with mice!!

Great location, really close to everything.

Positive: Swimming hole, swing, peaceful quite, location was pretty good, host was responsive Negative: The house is too tiny especially the bedroom and bathroom, personally not a fan of cramped places. Living room fan was noisy.

Perfect weekend getaway. Positive: The view was spectacular in the morning and again in the evening. We got to see some wildlife ( deer) roaming not more than 10 yds from the porch where we were enjoying the morning coffee. Will be back hopefully again and again. Negative: The fact the we had to come back home to reality. A weekend isn't enough time. Need to plan more a few extra days next time.
